Wat is de Monday Meetup?
Elke eerste maandag van de maand is er bij Seats2meet Utrecht een leuk en leerzaam event voor kennisdeling. Precies waar we bij Seats van houden! Je krijgt inspirerende sprekers te horen en hebt de kans om je project, vraag of idee te delen tijdens het zeepkist-moment. Na afloop sluiten we af met een frisse borrel om alles na te bespreken. Zeker niet missen!

Tijdens deze interactieve sessie neemt BreatheNautics-oprichter Bas je mee in de wereld van breathwork: een krachtige tool om meer focus, rust en intuïtie te ontwikkelen. Óók op de werkvloer! Wat is breathwork precies? Wat kan het betekenen voor teams, leiders en recruitment? Je ervaart het zelf in een korte ademhalingsoefening en ontdekt hoe bewuster ademen bijdraagt aan effectiever werken en betere keuzes maken.
Op 2 juni presenteert ze een caleidoscoop van haar werk en visie, en deelt ze hoe artistieke en holistische praktijken waardevol kunnen zijn binnen de zakelijke wereld.
